Establishes a knowledge center within P&K Midwest to improve product resolution cycle times.  Communicates best practices among all locations.  Works with Service Departments to help solve problems.  Helps to improve Technician's diagnostic and repair abilities resulting in less downtime and reduced costs.  Conducts investigations into machine problems using CCMS, Machine Dashboard, Expert Alert information, external information sources and previous experiences and knowledge of machine systems

Major Responsibilities include:

*Serves a resource for Service Department

*Documents CCMS cases

*Coordinates CCMS cases

*Works with JD to identify emerging product quality concerns and support problem resolution

*Identifies, communicates and executes process improvements in Service and Parts departments

Requirements include:

5+ years experience n Service and Parts with demonstrated experience meeting performance metrics

Proficient with computer functions including experience with Service ADVISOR, Parts ADVISOR, and other computer based diagnostic repair tools

Proficient with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in of road, construction, lawn, or heavy equipment

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

Successful customer service experience

Excellent ability to analyze and interpret date and reports
